Cancellation of Membership and Individual Bookings Policy
A minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice is required to cancel your membership, whether during or after any 6-month term. Cancellations may be completed via your online member account or submitted by email to contact@vitaliseveryday.com. If notice is given during a current 6-month term, you remain responsible for all payments due through the end of that term. 

For booked sessions, please cancel your spot as soon as possible as a courtesy to other guests. If you do not show up for your booked appointment you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. You have one grace no show per month, but please always call if you’re running late or need to cancel. Late policy: If you show up late to your appointment it is not a guarantee that we can accommodate an additional appointment booking. You will have the remaining time in your scheduled appointment to use for your booked services.
